One Ten Associates are partnering with a leading law firm which is looking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Finance practice, based in London. The finance practice provides legal advice across a wide variety of financing, including fund finance, real estate finance, structured finance, CLO's, asset finance, restructuring etc.
We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate level lawyer who has experience in working within a law firm's finance practice. A minimum of 2-5 year PQE for Associate, and 5-7 year PQE for Senior Associate. You must have experience in providing legal advice in accordance to offshore law (at least one of the following jurisdictions): Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Ireland.
