IT Manager - Asset Management (London Area)

We’re working with a long-standing asset management business who’re looking for an IT Manager to take on a progressive role. The business has a very strong track record over several years and has a fantastic culture. Due to business requirements, we can only consider candidates from a similar finance services background (asset management or hedge funds).

This role will shadow the CTO, with the view to potentially taking on that role in the longer term. Around 30% of your time will be focused on IT ops, c20% on strategic planning, and c50% on IT risk management (cyber security, systems access, etc.). There is a current infrastructure in place however, there is an on-going need to maintain and improve on aspects of the set up.

The successful candidate will work closely with all levels of the business in ensuring that there is continuity in service, and an optimised IT business model.
