Head of Operations - Credit/CLOs

Exciting opportunity to join a fantastic investment manager as their head of credit operations. This role will support the COO in building-out their infrastructure to help them scale the business as they build on recent and historic performance.

Working with the other senior stakeholders in the business and team members, you will be tasked with ensuring ongoing development of the operating model and smooth running of the firm\’s day-to-day operations in support of their the front office, and internal and external relationship management.

The ideal candidate profile will be well versed with credit products (loans, CLOs, bonds) as well as an appreciation for tech. Additionally, candidates will need a good understanding of regulatory reporting across UCITS, AIFMD, EMIR, and MIFID. This role may suit an operations manager looking for a step up, or a hands‑on, current head of ops at another fund.
