Key Responsibilities
- Manage asset servicing activities, investment bookings, cash movements, and operational due diligence.
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliations.
- Liaise with custodians, trustees, brokers, servicers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support fund operations, including investor capital activity, subscription facilities, and expense processing.
- Assist with trade settlements, audit processes, and operational projects.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve workflows, enhance data quality, and reduce operational risk.
Requirements
- 4–8 years’ experience within asset management, banking, or alternative investments.
- Experience with credit products, distressed debt/NPLs, real estate investments, and reconciliations.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with investment operations systems.
