Corporate Lawyer

One Ten Associates are partnering with a global investment manager which is looking to hire an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join the London office.

You\’ll join the global legal team, providing legal coverage across Real Estate transactions with a focus on Europe. The role will work closely with the investment team across the Real Estate business and you\’ll be expected to provide timely and accurate legal advice across transactions, whilst providing assistance across broader legal matters.

We are seeking Corporate Lawyers who have had experience across Real Estate transactions on a large scale. European deal experience is required.

The ideal lawyer will have circa 4-8 year PQE, either working within a corporate/real estate practice within a top tier law firm, working for a private market fund with real estate exposure or for an active real estate investment manager.
