One Ten Associates are partnering with a boutique hedge fund that is looking to hire a Compliance Manager within their London office. This role will be part time, working 3 days a week and will be offering a hybrid pattern of 2 days in the office and 1 day remotely. This is a permanent opportunity; we are looking for candidates who are seeking part time roles on a permanent, long time basis and NOT seeing this as a short term/interim opportunity.
The role will be a generalised compliance position, reporting into the COO of the organisation (who also holds the SMF16/17 functions). The fund is regulated by the FCA and SEC and therefore, there will be exposure across UK and US regulations.
The job holder will be expected to:
- Carry out compliance monitoring reviews/surveillance
- Provide regulatory advice to senior stakeholders
- Draft, update and implement compliance policies/procedures
- Conduct regulatory reporting across FCA and SEC (and other required regulatory bodies)
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years relevant compliance experience, having worked within a hedge fund, asset manager or family investment office.
