One Ten Associates are partnering with a growing private credit fund that is looking to hire a Compliance Manager to join their team in London. This will be the firm's first dedicated Compliance hire and you'll be expected to improve, manage and oversee the day-to-day running of the compliance programme.
You'll be expected to:
- Create, implement and manage the compliance monitoring programme
- Provide regulatory advice to the business, including horizon scanning for upcoming regulatory changes which may impact the business
- Manage regulatory reporting/filing requirements across the relevant jurisdictions
- Act as the first point of contact for regulatory inquiries and queries
The ideal candidate will have circa 8+ years compliance experience, ideally working with private credit, private equity or wider alternatives. You'll have the ability and confidence to operate independently, whilst working as part of the wider infrastructure/operational team.
