We are currently recruiting for a Hybrid Support Analyst on behalf of our client, a highly regarded Professional Services firm experiencing strong and sustained growth. This role sits within the department responsible for delivering a wide range of support services, including IT, communications, core business tools and researching, testing and implementing new software and hardware to a nationwide network of offices. The organisation supports approximately 400 employees, with around 200 based on-site.
As a Support Analyst, you will be a key member of the Support Team within the Infrastructure Services function, providing day-to-day system management and issue resolution. You will support all systems including applications, desktop hardware, desktop operations, and telecoms, ensuring incidents are investigated, communicated, and resolved in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role will also involve occasional on-site support and equipment handling.
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in a support or helpdesk environment (essential)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Wintel, and Microsoft Exchange (essential)
- Experience with XenApp (advantageous)
- HNC in Computing or equivalent qualification
- Microsoft Certified Professional training (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Physically fit and able to safely lift and move equipment, including heavier items, when required
