As a Para Planner Team Leader, you’ll oversee a talented team while continuing to apply your technical expertise across the whole of market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Paraplanners, ensuring high standards of delivery.
- Provide technical support across the full spectrum of financial planning.
- Contribute to complex cases, including Defined Benefit Transfers (experience advantageous but not essential).
- Collaborate with advisers and stakeholders to ensure seamless client service.
- Support the business through growth and change, including occasional travel to the central site in Hook.
About You
- We’re looking for someone who has proven Paraplanning experience within the Wealth Management sector.
- Works confidently across the whole of market.
- Holds a Diploma in Financial Planning. If you are working towards Chartered Status or have completed the J09 module this would be advantageous.
- Is ready to progress from Senior or Technical Paraplanner into more of a leadership role.
