Responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies.
- Providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, learning and development and compliance.
- Leading recruitment and talent acquisition activity, developing innovative attraction strategies to secure exceptional people.
- Supporting succession planning, talent development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Using people data and insight to influence decision making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
