About the Role

You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day processing and validation of financial transactions, ensuring information is accurate, compliant and processed efficiently. This is a varied position that combines finance administration, data processing, investigation work and client communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collating and processing bank transactions
  • Verifying invoices via telephone and email
  • Managing remittance advices
  • Researching and resolving payment allocations
  • Completing balancing and data capture spreadsheets
  • Preparing and processing refunds
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Reporting any issues, disputes or discrepancies
  • Reviewing supporting documentation in line with verification requirements
  • Identifying and escalating potential fraud risks
