One Sure Insurance is an independently owned UK insurance broker with five offices across the country, including our Head Office in Stoke‑on‑Trent. We’re recruiting two Sales Team Leaders to bring support into our Sales Team Leadership team. If you’re a natural leader with strong insurance knowledge, a passion for developing people, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to reach individual and team targets
  • Support the Sales Manager with compliance, quality and performance standards
  • Ensure full adherence to FCA, TCF and all regulatory requirements
  • Review daily performance and provide coaching, feedback and development
  • Hold monthly KPI meetings and deliver regular 1:1 coaching
  • Support with rota planning, call queue management and workflow allocation
  • Provide training to new and existing staff, encouraging continuous self‑development
  • Handle performance reviews where required and contribute to recruitment activity
  • Act as a role model for customer focus, professionalism and high standards

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience in insurance, ideally in a sales leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven ability to manage performance, coach teams and drive results
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and underwriting principles
  • Knowledge of FCA guidelines, TCF and compliance frameworks
  • Confident communicator who can influence, motivate and lead by example
  • Ability to analyse data, make decisions under pressure and manage workloads effectively
  • Honest, open and professional approach with colleagues, customers and partners
  • Customer‑centric mindset that aligns with One Sure’s values
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate

What You’ll Get

  • Uncapped commission with £40k+ OTE easily achievable
