What You’ll Do
- Handle new business enquiries — both inbound and outbound — providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.
- Conduct thorough fact-finds and present clear, compliant recommendations aligned with customer needs.
- Manage mid-term adjustments (MTAs) efficiently, maintaining complete and auditable records.
- Lead renewal processes, reviewing suitability, re-marketing policies, and ensuring customers receive fair value and continuity of cover.
- Consistently uphold FCA standards and the Consumer Duty, delivering the best possible customer outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners through field appointments and industry events.
- Maintain accurate MI and system records, sharing insights to help improve customer experience and product offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial or motor trade insurance (road risk and/or combined policies).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for field appointments.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
- Working knowledge of FCA compliance and Consumer Duty requirements.
- A proactive, honest, and resilient attitude — with a passion for doing right by the customer.

- £27,500 – £40,000 base salary depending on experience.
