We’re looking for a Store Manager to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. As a Store Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same.

You will be responsible for the overall daily operations of your store, ensuring efficiency and profitability. As the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will be constantly looking for ways to improve service in your store through on-the-job coaching and feedback. With your guidance, your store will always remain a safe place to work and shop.

You will be responsible for leading and line managing a team of Shift Leaders and colleagues in one store, ensuring regular quality time with them on shift. You will lead a culture where colleague experience is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring colleagues are trained, compliant in all aspects of pay and employment compliance, and have the tools to do their job.

You will manage all KPIs for your store, sharing ideas with other Store Managers in your area in order to maximise growth and profitability. You will ensure customers in your store have a great shopping trip and that the business brings benefit to the local communities through trusted partnerships.

If this store has a Post Office Local, you will be responsible for operating and managing all Post Office processes and will need to undertake a Post Office Financial and criminal conviction background check.
