Online Operations Co‑ordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Online Operations Co‑ordinator to support the smooth running of our digital platforms and e‑commerce operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing online inventory, coordinating order fulfilment, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Translate the online business strategy into an actionable change plan, managing project plans and trackers for all initiatives.
- Support Ops Managers with KPI performance reporting, analysing store and area performances, and driving improvements.
- Provide second/third‑line support to resolve issues in company‑owned and franchise stores, upskilling help‑desk teams.
- Maintain accurate process maps and training materials, review risk and compliance controls.
- Process online refunds/shrinkage, raise claims with third parties and drive improvements.
- Distribute next steps from project meetings and track progress.
- Manage Online team invoicing, raise POs and liaise with finance.
- Perform daily/weekly order checks, investigate issues.
- Engage with stores, successes and address under‑performance.
- Respond promptly to ZenDesk queries.
- Support new store set‑up and closure processes, performance tracking.
- Manage tech supplier Vista and break‑fix process for store equipment.
- Assist with administration tasks such as POP, PIA, CAFs and supplier set‑up.
- Onboard new company stores onto online platforms, support franchise stores as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good analysis and decision‑making.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Ops experience (preferable but not essential).
- Project Management experience (preferable but not essential).
