One Stop are recruiting for a Franchise Launch Support Manager to support the successful transition and launch of franchise stores, ensuring they open on time, operate legally, and meet required retail standards. The role is key to delivering training, driving compliance, and working cross-functionally to minimise risk, protect the brand, and enable strong store performance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting stores through the Epos go Live training program
  • Supporting stores through the Off-Site training program
  • Completing Closure visits in stores going through the transition process
  • Supporting & managing the Store Launch process collectively with property Store Launch manager
  • Ensuring that the store is trading legally throughout the process
  • Taking accountability for the new store involved and ensuring that they open on time and with the highest retail standards
  • Ensuring that the Franchisee has been 'signed off' on EPOS training program
  • Ensuring that the store has access to all training guides & information
  • Ensuring all signed training documents are returned to the office
  • Ensuring Franchise store complies with the One Stop WOWs as per the Operating manual guidelines
  • Supporting stores through the transition process and reviewing their training progress at each visit
  • Working cross-functionally with all Franchise functions to ensure a smooth transition
  • Giving honest feedback to line manager about stores & celebrating success
  • Providing feedback to the SLSM & BDM about any legal issues or concerns that need to be addressed with the Franchisee
  • Being seen as a role model and 'go to' person for Franchisees throughout the process
  • Sharing best practice and knowledge with colleagues
  • Maintaining professionalism and being an ambassador for the business
  • Attending quarterly team meetings and training courses relevant to the job role
  • Managing & conducting work activities to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers
