Do you enjoy keeping things organised, making plans happen, and bringing people together? At One Stop, we’re looking for a Business Plan Projects Coordinator to help turn ideas into action. This is a varied role where you’ll support projects, keep governance on track, and make sure plans are followed through. You’ll work with teams across the business organising meetings, tracking progress, and keeping everything running smoothly. From managing calendars and project trackers to supporting business planning and change, you’ll play a key role in keeping things aligned and moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Understand performance across the area, with a focus on improving the bottom 10% of each service.
  • Maintain the business-wide governance calendar, ensuring meeting structures are aligned to business needs and all documentation and invites are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the effective administration of governance activities, including preparing materials, coordinating actions, and managing meeting schedules with stakeholders.
  • Enable accurate tracking, coordination, and reporting of Business Plan and Strategic Plan deliverables, priorities, and timelines.
  • Support Project Managers and Business Support Manager(s) with coordination of project activity, including plans, risks, actions, and progress updates.
  • Own and manage Business Trials tracking, facilitating regular Projects & Trials meetings with Heads of Retail.
  • Provide administrative support to wider Business Change activity, including purchase orders, CAF processes, and supplier set-up.
  • Support GDPR and Data Privacy activities, including governance processes linked to Strategic Plans and risk registers.
  • Deliver ad-hoc coordination and administrative support across business planning and project activity.
