We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to act as the first point of contact for prospective One Stop retailers, managing enquiries, supporting store onboarding and launches, maintaining accurate records, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for retailers interested in joining One Stop by phone, email and the website.
- Ensuring the prospective retailers meet our criteria.
- Logging enquiries on a shared document and updating recruiters on new enquiries, ensuring information is correct and kept up to date.
- Ordering and packing equipment for ‘store in a box’ including laminating documents, organising uniforms and ordering point of sale for new stores.
- Processing store creates, closures and transfers and communicating these with the relevant colleagues.
- Actioning the standard rebate scores each month and sharing these with the finance team.
- Booking hotels for colleagues and franchisees where applicable.
- Actioning any changes to the all-store list.
- Supporting the wider support and community teams with a variety of tasks that enable them to perform more effectively.
- Reviewing and supporting with the monthly franchise news document.
- Dealing with all POP requests.
You will need:
- Building trust with Franchisees and colleagues.
- Effective Communication - representing the business professionally.
- PC Literate.
- Ability to multitask.
- An understanding of store procedures and operations.
- Organised and methodical.
- An understanding of Hubspot.
