We are seeking a results-driven Ambient Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations with a focus on delivering key KPIs, optimizing cost efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in managing a high-performing team, collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our network.
You will be responsible for:
- KPI Delivery
- Managing the Fresh Food Supply Chain team to deliver availability and waste targets
- Working with commercial & suppliers to provide the most cost-effective route to market
- Creating valuable reporting to aid the management of key KPIs
- Keeping known loss within budget by creating & implementing improvement plans
- Releasing optimum order volume through forward forecast & replenishment setting management
- Identifying trends and agreeing tactics with the Head of Supply Chain to deliver the best possible results
- Striving to deliver tasks at the best possible cost to the business
- Developing partnerships with suppliers through shared KPIs
- Delivering range change maximising availability and controlling launch cost and exit cost
- Managing forecast of KPIs that I am accountable for
- Working with the distribution team optimising volume through the network
- Delivering company stock holding target and managing capacity restrictions in store
