One Stop in Hinckley is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to help run busy trading shifts. You will manage daily duties, coordinate colleagues and ensure the store stays clean, well stocked and welcoming for customers.
You’ll own shift delivery, coach colleagues on service, handle opening and closing routines, resolve customer questions, and report performance to the Store Manager. Flexible working options are discussed during the application.
