As a Post Office Counter Clerk working within a One Stop convenience store, you play a vital dual role in delivering essential postal services and supporting the wider retail environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers using the Post Office, providing friendly, efficient service across a range of products including mail handling, financial services, and retail transactions. Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and support.
