The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 € per year.
You will be responsible for knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride, giving great natural service. You will actively encourage customers to give feedback on their shopping trip through completing the ‘have your say’ survey. You will work across all areas of the store including online, the tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines to ensure tasks are completed to meet the needs of our customers.
Putting into practice the training received to ensure safety in the workplace is essential. You will take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere. Being knowledgeable about store performance and understanding the part you play in delivering profit is important.
It is crucial to be yourself, live the values, make everyone feel welcome, and always follow policies. Ensure to clock in and out at the start and end of shifts to guarantee accurate payment for hours worked. Keeping yourself, colleagues, and customers safe by following security procedures and wearing safety equipment where available is a priority.
Always follow the think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products to all customers. Respond quickly to assistance calls or interventions on self-service checkouts, explaining actions to customers. Work in a clean, tidy, and organised manner, keeping aisles clear of congestion.
At certain times, you may be responsible for running the shift in the absence of the Shift Leader and Store Manager. Following all training received to keep yourself, others, and the store safe and legal is essential.
If this store has a Post Office Local, your duties will include the day-to-day operations of the post office. Therefore, you will be required to undertake a Post Office Financial and criminal conviction background check, which you must pass to proceed with this role. If these checks fail, the job offer will be withdrawn.
