Overview
One Stop Sandyford are seeking a dynamic Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment. If you have a passion for retail and enjoy interacting with customers, we want to hear from you.

Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a neat and tidy store appearance
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Effective communicate with store manager to keep them informed
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic maths and literacy skills for handling transactions
- Candidate needs to be age 18 or over due to handling alcohol, tobacco & lottery products
- Full flexibility required as hours can vary from 5.45am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 6.30am to 10pm Saturday & Sunday.
