We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Director to join our Operations team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

About The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- As an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team at One Stop Healthcare's Hemel Hempstead Private Hospital you will take responsibility for all our non‑clinical departments.
- You will lead in the patient experience to excel, support the development of the overall strategy and be accountable for ensuring operational performance with a focus on service excellence.
- You will contribute to our vision to enrich Healthcare and lead a range of non‑clinical services across your hospital to deliver the highest standards of performance and customer service to all key stakeholders.
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Professional knowledge acquired through degree, supplemented by specialist training to doctorate or equivalent level, management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the Private Sector with up to date knowledge of medical/surgical services.
- Significant experience within the Healthcare sector at very senior manager level including responsibility for strategic planning and budgetary control for group of complex care pathways.
- Experience of leading and delivering Programmes of change within a clinical setting.
