St Stephen's Tonbridge is a large and active evangelical church with a vision to know God and make God known.
We're looking for a full-time Youth Ministry Resource Hub Lead to help shape the future of youth ministry across the Diocese of Rochester while leading and growing ministry among young people in St Stephen's Parish.

- A collaborative approach and the confidence to lead.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of young people.
