The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 Β£ per year.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in housekeeping with leadership skills. Applicants should possess excellent organisation and communication skills, be a self-starter and able to lead, inspire and encourage a team in a diverse multicultural environment. Clear communication is vital for this role, as well as relating well to people, including those from overseas, where English is not their first language.
Fostering a positive, supportive environment and maintaining a high level of morale and enthusiasm within the House Team is very important. Community members also take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of community life.
The position would initially be on a three-year post and is currently only available to single people due to accommodation limitations. This post receives full board. Please note, that those who apply to this role must have a right to work in the UK.
