UCB is seeking a Head of Prayerline to lead the growth and development of its national Prayerline network, based at the Stoke-on-Trent centre with volunteers nationwide.
You will supervise a small team and 100+ volunteers, ensuring biblical alignment and compassionate pastoral care in all responses.
You will analyse call data to tailor training, manage software and telephony systems, and uphold UCB’s mission across all interactions.
This role combines leadership with hands-on training and care.
