What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the sales and marketing teams with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Managing schedules, calendars, and internal documents
  • Processing paperwork and ensuring smooth onboarding for new staff
  • Assisting with reporting, data entry, and maintaining client records
  • Ordering supplies and liaising with external vendors as needed
  • Supporting and assisting with our recruitment pipeline and hiring team
