Role Overview:

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with senior managers to support training, recruitment, and team management across various campaigns. You will play a key role in developing talent, streamlining team processes, and contributing to the success of our client projects. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

Support the development and delivery of training programs to ensure teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Monitor progress across four different campaigns and offer insights to improve team efficiency and productivity.
