This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-performing, collaborative environment that prioritises long-term value creation.

Sitting within the Capital Markets function, the VP will play a key role in financing strategy and execution across the Infrastructure and Energy portfolio. This includes evaluating and structuring capital solutions for new investments as well as managing refinancing and capital raising for portfolio companies:

  • Leading the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing solutions across debt and equity instruments.
  • Collaborating with investment teams to design optimal capital structures for acquisitions and portfolio strategies.
  • Managing relationships with lenders, advisors, and capital providers globally.
  • Providing capital markets insight to support investment committee decisions.

  • Staying current on market dynamics to proactively identify financing risks and opportunities.

A minimum of 6 years to approximately 10 years of experience in capital markets, infrastructure debt investment, project finance debt advisory or leveraged finance from reputable investment banks in the space is required. A strong track record of leading execution on complex financings within infrastructure or energy is essential. Candidates should have a deep understanding of capital structures, including senior and subordinated debt, and structured equity, along with a well-developed network of capital providers and financing counterparties.
