MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The role of a Business Administrator is to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations by performing clerical functions, delivering reliable HR administration, managing SharePoint, coordinating office tasks, scheduling, and providing compliance support. This role supports the Head of Operations and Business Manager, maintaining high professional standards in administration, documentation, and workplace organisation.

MAIN TASKS OF THE JOB
- HR Administration
Prepare onboarding packs, contract documents and induction materials. Maintain HR files, holiday/sickness tracking, probation logs, and certifications. Support recruitment admin (posting roles, arranging interviews, document preparation). Maintain confidentiality of all employee information. - Operational Administration
Maintain SOP libraries and document version control. Support Head of Ops in updating and formatting policies. Track compliance deadlines and governance tasks. Take minutes at SLT/Ops/HR/governance meetings. - SharePoint Administration
Maintain the company SharePoint environment. Organise, upload and version‑control documents. Build structured SharePoint lists (policies, SOPs, KPIs, onboarding trackers). Support creation of SharePoint pages and hubs. - Calendar, Meetings & Scheduling
Manage diaries for Head of Ops, Business Manager and MD (where needed). Book meetings and manage scheduling logistics. Prepare meeting agendas and document packs. - Travel, Office & Facilities
Book travel and accommodation using Navan. Maintain office stock and stationery. Coordinate cleaning schedules and office upkeep. Report facilities issues. - Guest, Phone & Intercom Management
Welcome guests and manage office entry. Manage door entry and intercom. Handle inbound calls professionally and route appropriately. - Tender & Compliance Support
Collect compliance documentation for tenders. Maintain policy and certification libraries.
