We're recruiting an experienced and passionate Caf Manager to lead the ASDA caf operation in Wigan. This is a hands‑on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day‑to‑day operations in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and develop your catering and front‑of‑house team
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across the caf
  • Manage budgets, stock, and labour to meet targets and KPIs
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
  • Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand

Qualifications

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable)
