You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive environment for both customers and your team, delivering consistently great coffee and service while driving the store's overall performance. What you'll be doing Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Costa store Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences Ensuring smooth and efficient operations during busy service periods Managing stock, minimising waste, and maintaining strong cost controls Completing weekly admin, reporting, and operational tasks Acting as the key decision-maker on site, resolving issues proactively Maintaining a safe, compliant environment in line with Food Safety and Health
