Based at the Change Please Caf at Musgrove Park Hospital , you'll play a key role in leading a team that delivers excellent food and service while supporting a social enterprise dedicated to helping people overcome homelessness through employment opportunities and training. Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages to the highest standards. Managing caf operations to ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. Monitoring business performance, budgets, and financial controls. Completing weekly business returns and implementing action plans where required. Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of team members. Maintaining full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures. Promoting the values and mission of Change Please through excellent customer engagement and service delivery. Leading from the front and creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Have previous management experience within a caf , hospitality, retail, or catering environment. Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Demonstrate strong financial awareness and commercial acumen. Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
