Retail Supervisor - M&S

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted for 30 hours per week.

Shift pattern includes evenings from Monday to Saturday, and Sundays:

• Mon: Evenings
• Tues: Evenings
• Weds: Evenings
• Thurs: Evenings
• Fri: Evenings
• Sat: Evenings
• Sun: Evenings

Your Key Responsibilities May Include

• Checking and storing deliveries promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment
• Being a responsible key holder
• Using the till, taking orders, and receiving payments
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties
• Producing weekly rotas following manager guidelines
• Placing stock orders to maintain appropriate levels
• Delegating tasks and ensuring team proactivity
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
