We're currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part‑time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. As a Retail Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Shift patterns: variable shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
- Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
- Be a responsible key holder.
- Operate the till, take orders and receive payments.
- Assist with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
- Produce weekly rotas following the manager’s guidelines.
- Place orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
- Delegate where necessary and ensure the team is proactive at all times.
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
- Good communication skills with a focus on great customer service.
- Team player with a can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
