Overview

Retail Assistant role at One Retail. We are seeking a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 12 hours per week. You\’ll join a team that takes pride in what they do, takes pride in their food, and values its people.

As a Retail Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. You\’ll have opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards employees who go beyond the plate.

Shift patterns: 3 out of 7 days.

Responsibilities

  • Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
  • Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
  • Representing a major High Street brand and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Handling cash and operating the cash register
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations
