We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and dedicated manager to join our team, with the exciting opportunity to step up and lead in the absence of our General Manager. Oversee daily operations, ensure the smooth running of activities in a major brand, lead the team with enthusiasm, and create a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of business goals.
- Ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production.
- Delegate where necessary and ensure the team is proactive at all times.
- Assist in the completion of weekly bookkeeping and any other duties deemed necessary in the absence of the General Manager.
- Act as the main point of contact and decision‑maker in the absence of the General Manager.
- Be proactive at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise.
