The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part‑time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. As a Retail Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Shift patterns: variable shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
  • Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
  • Be a responsible key holder.
  • Operate the till, take orders and receive payments.
  • Assist with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
  • Produce weekly rotas following the manager’s guidelines.
  • Place orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
  • Delegate where necessary and ensure the team is proactive at all times.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
  • Good communication skills with a focus on great customer service.
  • Team player with a can‑do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
