We’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead the M&S store at St James’ Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established, high-footfall store within a fast-paced healthcare setting. You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, leading a strong team, and driving commercial success within a trusted and recognisable brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking full ownership of store performance, delivering against sales, profit, and KPI targets
  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues
  • Managing stock, labour, and costs effectively to maximise performance
  • Ensuring full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and M&S brand standards
  • Using data and insight to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and representing the brand with pride
  • Leading by example and embedding a high-performing, inclusive team culture
