One Retail Group is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Operations Manager to lead our global fulfilment operation. Reporting to the Head of Fulfilment Operations, you will manage the Fulfilment Operations team and our network of third‑party logistics partners to ensure inventory, fulfilment and service levels meet our customers and retail partners.
You will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Freight, Customer Experience, Commercial and Compliance teams to drive performance and improve processes.
