We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven General Manager to lead our Central London operation, overseeing a high-performing Soft FM contract in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Drive outstanding performance across all Soft FM services, ensuring safety, hygiene, and patient satisfaction are always top priorities.
- Commercial & Financial Management: Lead budgets and forecasts, optimise costs, and uncover opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency.
- Contract Excellence: Ensure all services meet contractual SLAs and KPIs, working closely with NHS partners and stakeholders.
- People Leadership: Inspire, develop, and lead a team of 60+ colleagues, including senior managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trusted relationships with hospital leadership, clients, and suppliers.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation, sustainability, and service enhancements that set new benchmarks in healthcare FM.
