Ready to make an impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We're looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Payroll & Administration Coordinator to join our team at Addenbrooke's Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of our operations, supporting essential services that make a real difference every day.

Working within Medirest, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time, while also keeping our administrative processes running smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing payroll processes with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Assisting with reporting, data management, and operational coordination
  • Acting as a key point of contact for payroll and admin-related queries
  • Working closely with the Head of Operations to support business needs
