We’re growing our Instore Marketing team and looking for a brilliant marketer to lead the marketing, communications and campaign delivery across our Instore contract – one of the largest and most exciting partnerships in the Compass portfolio.
On top of that, you'll play a key role in mobilising a brand new, high‑profile contract with one of the UK’s biggest supermarkets. What You’ll Do
- In this unique cross‑sector role, you’ll bring the Instore customer experience to life through brilliant, insight‑driven campaigns.
- Own and deliver our B2C marketing strategy across Asda Instore.
- Shape compelling content for PR, social and trade press – including our Instore LinkedIn presence.
- Lead creative campaign development (seasonal, promotional and brand‑led).
- Bring our offers to life through photo + video shoots with our Inside Sales & Growth teams.
- Develop B2B sales tools including brochures, awards entries and white papers.
- Manage design, planning and branding for new unit openings and refurbishments.
- Be the brand guardian for all Instore formats.
- Work with our agencies to deliver exciting, high‑quality creative work.
- Partner with Finance to measure impact and build strong commercial cases.
- Lead the creation of simple, effective operator playbooks to ensure flawless onsite execution.
You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with operations, culinary, menu development, growth, digital and our wider marketing team to drive growth, awareness and customer satisfaction. No two days will look the same.

What You’ll Bring
