We are looking for a driven, analytically minded Performance Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced, ecommerce first environment. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially sharp, deeply hands‑on with PPC and retail media, and motivated by making a measurable impact on growth and profitability.
You will own and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, and a wide range of digital retail media platforms while ensuring all activity delivers against our core goal: profitable and scalable performance. This is not a passive, click‑button marketing role. You will be working with large budgets, managing multiple brands and regions across the UK, EU and UAE, and making daily decisions that directly influence revenue and margin.
You will work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing and CRO team, collaborate with channel owners across Amazon and marketplaces, and bring structure, clarity and pace to how we run our performance marketing engine. You will be comfortable jumping between platforms, analysing trends, refining bids, improving feeds and pushing performance forward with an ownership mentality. This role suits someone who is hungry to learn, confident working with data, and excited by the challenge of scaling a lean, entrepreneurial business that moves quickly and expects high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimise PPC and Google Ads campaigns across UK, EU and UAE markets, with a consistent focus on profitable growth.
- Run profit‑led bidding using tools such as Profit Metrics to guide optimisation, prioritising contribution margin above vanity metrics.
- Execute YouTube advertising campaigns that support full‑funnel performance growth across multiple brands.
- Build, launch and optimise Reddit PPC campaigns for both prospecting and retargeting audiences.
- Oversee digital retail media campaigns across major retail partners including Debenhams, B&Q, Bol, Worten and Tesco.
- Operate confidently across Mirakl Ads, Citrus Ads and other retail media platforms to drive visibility, conversion and profitable spend.
- Support marketplace and retail leads with media planning, reporting and optimisation recommendations backed by data.
- Produce clear, structured and commercially focused performance reports using Excel and platform‑level data.
- Understand the levers behind performance, identifying root causes, incremental gains, waste and opportunities for scale.
- Work with advanced reporting frameworks such as incremental reporting or data modelling to help quantify true channel impact.
- Monitor daily performance trends and proactively adjust campaigns to maintain targets on ROAS, CPA, profit and growth.
- Manage and optimise product feeds using tools like Channable or equivalent platforms.
- Maintain and improve Google Merchant Centre feeds to ensure accuracy, compliance and competitive positioning.
- Support ongoing feed health checks and product data improvements across regions.
- Work confidently within Shopify and understand how performance marketing impacts onsite experience, conversion rates and trading decisions.
- Collaborate closely with ecommerce, creative and trading teams to ensure campaigns align with stock, pricing, promotional activity and category priorities.
- Bring a test and learn mindset to new channels, audiences, creative variations and bidding strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience managing PPC, Google Ads and performance channels across UK, EU and UAE regions.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple brands, regions and large performance budgets without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of profit‑led performance marketing, including experience using tools such as Profit Metrics or similar.
- Confident running Google Ads, YouTube Ads and Reddit PPC with a track record of improving both efficiency and scale.
- Experience working with digital retail media platforms such as Mirakl Ads and Citrus Ads, ideally across multiple retailers.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with reporting, data modelling and incremental measurement approaches.
- Experience using feed management tools such as Channable and a strong understanding of Google Merchant Centre.
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify and an understanding of ecommerce conversion levers and growth principles.
- Commercially astute with a mindset that prioritises impact, efficiency and profitability.
- Thrives in a fast paced, scrappy, entrepreneurial environment where ownership is expected and pace is high.
- Takes initiative, solves problems proactively and goes above and beyond to create clarity, structure and results.
