Compass Group UK & Ireland is opening a new Taste Café in Penzance. As Café Manager you will bring the brand-new site to life, setting standards, building a team and shaping how the café looks, feels and operates from day one.
You’ll lead from the front, recruit and train staff, and turn a busy opening into a smooth, welcoming experience for customers from the first morning rush to close. A hands-on leader who sets the pace and inspires your team will thrive here.
