Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Relationship Building
- Act as the main point of contact for Jolt's venue partners across the UK.
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
- Regularly check in with venues to ensure machines are active, well-positioned, and generating transactions.
- Identify underperforming locations and implement solutions to drive usage.
- Conduct cold calls to bars, restaurants, cafes, and other hospitality establishments nationwide to introduce the Jolt portable power bank machine and explain its benefits.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and analyse venue performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to venue staff on promoting Jolt's charging stations.
- Ensure Jolt's point-of-sale (POS) materials (e.g., table tents, bar coasters, napkin holders) are effectively used to boost awareness.
- Operations & Problem-Solving
- Work with the operations team to resolve technical or logistical issues.
- Assist in coordinating machine relocations or replacements where necessary.
- Support venues with training and best practices to improve adoption rates.
- Identify upsell opportunities, such as additional Jolt machines, advertising partnerships, or premium service packages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new venue partners and ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide insights to Jolt's leadership on UK market trends and venue needs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in account management, sales, hospitality, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and proactively manage venue accounts.
- Analytical: Comfortable using data to assess performance and make informed recommendations.
- Travel: Willing to travel within the UK for venue visits and meetings.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and Jolt's management systems.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in hospitality, pubs, bars, restaurants, or retail environments is a plus.
Why Join Jolt?
- Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company with a strong presence in the UK and Ireland.
- Work in a dynamic, results-driven environment with a passionate team.
- Opportunity for career growth as Jolt expands across the UK and beyond.
