One Property Recruitment are in search for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead a high performing team of Property Managers and Lettings Negotiators in York. Our client is an area leading property management company who live and breathe through their company values. We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with extensive experience in residential lettings. The successful candidate for this position will be a huge part of the companies’ future success.

The Role Will Include:

  • Managing a team of 3 Property Managers and 2 Lettings Negotiators
  • Overseeing team performance and procedures
  • Dealing with key clients and resolving complex issues
  • Adhering to any escalations within the portfolio
  • Supporting the team with training and covering team when there’s absences

Salary/Benefits:

  • £35,000 salary + annual bonus
  • 8:45 – 5:30 Monday – Friday + alternate Saturdays working 9 – 1
  • Full day off during the week when working a Saturday
  • 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Access to the company’s pool cars

Qualifications / Criteria:

  • 3+ years Lettings Negotiator experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer service abilities
  • Full UK driver’s license
  • Great organisational skills
