One Property Recruitment are partnered with an area leading property management company in search for a Senior Block Manager in Manchester city centre. Our client is a highly reputable company who have had great success in recent years and are looking to expand due to their ever-growing portfolio in Manchester. They have a strong core of experienced Block Managers who work collaboratively and support each other with each aspect of the job. We’re looking for someone that is looking for longevity and career progression as this will be offered to those who show consistent high performance.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a local portfolio of leasehold blocks including HRB’s
  • Arranging for major works to be completed
  • Charing Annual General Meetings with leaseholders
  • Handling insurance claims
  • Setting and managing the service charge budgets
  • Uphold excellent customer service

Salary/benefits

  • £45,000 salary
  • 2 days working from home
  • TPI Sponsorship
  • 9-5:30 Monday to Friday, flexible working hours, 1 hour lunch break
  • Competitive annual leave package
