We’re recruiting a part‑time Facilities Coordinator to support a busy FM team within a residential portfolio in Manchester. This is an ideal role for someone seeking flexibility, work‑life balance, or an entry point into Facilities Management with long‑term progression.

The Role

  • Raise purchase orders and upload documentation
  • Manage PPMs and job logging within the system
  • Chase follow‑on works from service reports
  • Liaise with contractors and internal FM teams
  • Support H&S actions, FRAs, and site surveys
  • Process‑driven, back‑office coordination role

Working Pattern

  • Part‑time (typically 3 days per week)
  • Core hours in the middle of the day
